English ICF NL Chapter – Local Community Meet-Up
A space to connect, grow and be inspired
At ICF Netherlands, we’re proud to see our community becoming increasingly international, diverse, and vibrant.
What unites us? A shared commitment to the gold standard of coaching — deeply human, authentic, and transformative.
Since January 2025, we’ve brought back the ICF NL Chapter Local Community Meet-Up: an in-person event hosted by and for professional coaches, in locations that can welcome around 30 participants. These gatherings are a space to connect, grow, and be inspired — all grounded in the ICF spirit.
We aim to create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels at home — whether you’re an experienced coach, just starting out, or simply curious. These meet-ups offer a chance to share insights, swap ideas, and support one another’s development, both personally and professionally.
Each meet-up includes an informal networking moment and a short workshop (60–90 minutes) on a topic linked to ICF Core Competencies. Think of it as a chance to explore, experiment, and learn together.
Here’s what makes it special:
- It’s a non-commercial, non-profit initiative.
- It’s about community and mutual support.
- It’s open to ICF NL members and aspiring coaches who share our values.
- A small venue budget is available, and we encourage everyone to bring a favorite snack to share — it keeps the vibe casual and generous.
If you choose to host a Local Meet-Up, you’re not just creating connection — you’re creating opportunity. The workshop space is perfect for showcasing your niche, piloting a training, or testing new material in a safe, supportive environment. You’ll get real-time feedback, strengthen your voice as a coach, and make meaningful connections.
