Join ICF Netherlands as Learning & Development Director!

Are you passionate about educating coaches and professionalising coaching? ICF Netherlands is seeking an Learning & Development Director to lead the planning and implementation of our educational programs and community events within the coaching community and beyond. The Learning & Development Director is a valued member of the ICF NL Board and also contributes to setting strategic goals and objectives for the chapter.

This is a volunteering role!

Your Key Responsibilities:
πŸ‘‰ Shape and execute ICF Netherlands’ Learning & Development objectives and programs together with the board and your Learning & Development Team.
πŸ‘‰ Build and lead the Learning & Development Team.
πŸ‘‰Acting as the linking pin between the Board and the Learning & Development Team

Together with your Team:
πŸ‘‰ Translate the yearly educational objectives defined by the Board to a program and oversee the implementation of the ICF Netherlands Learning & Development events.
πŸ‘‰ Research and book speakers, venues and/or online platform for the ICF Netherlands Learning & Development events.

πŸ‘‰ Ensure CCEU accreditation and its administration of the programs and events organized by ICF Netherlands.
πŸ‘‰ Ensure continuous improvement and innovation in the ICF Netherlands Learning & Development events.
πŸ‘‰ As a member of the ICF Netherlands Board, collaborate with other board members to set strategic goals and objectives for the chapter and make Board decisions.

What We’re Looking For:


πŸ‘‰ A program manager and a team leader who makes things happen.
πŸ‘‰Passionate about education and coaching.
πŸ‘‰ Experienced in Learning and Development (corporate or non-profit) and able to use online tools for our processes.
πŸ‘‰ A team player with a collaborative mindset.
πŸ‘‰ Fluent in English and Dutch.
πŸ‘‰ Active ICF Global and ICF Netherlands member and lives in the Netherlands.

Commitment & Timeline:
πŸ‘‰ Time Commitment: 15–25 hours per month
