Are you a visionary leader with a deep commitment to coaching and community-building? ICF Netherlands is seeking a President-Elect to help guide the strategic direction of our chapter and prepare to step into the role of President in the next term. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of coaching in the Netherlands while collaborating with a passionate and professional board.
This is a volunteering role!
Your Key Responsibilities as President-Elect:
👉 Collaborate closely with the current President and Board to co-lead strategic initiatives and chapter development.
👉 Represent ICF Netherlands in national and international ICF forums and leadership gatherings.
👉 Prepare to assume the role of President by gaining insight into governance, operations, and community engagement.
👉 Support board members in their roles and foster cross-functional collaboration.
👉 Champion ICF values and promote ethical, inclusive leadership across the coaching community.
👉 Lead succession planning and help onboard future board members.
What We’re Looking For:
👉 A strategic and inspiring leader with a coaching background.
👉 Proven experience in organizational leadership, stakeholder engagement, or board governance.
👉 Active ICF Global and ICF Netherlands member.
👉 Excellent communication skills in English and ability to understand/read Dutch.
👉 A collaborative mindset and commitment to volunteer leadership.
👉 Passion for enhancing coaching in the Netherlands.
Commitment & Timeline:
- Time Commitment: ~20–30 hours per month
- Term: President-Elect (1 year), followed by President (2 years)
