  Lecture by Lieutenant Colonel Kim Schreuder (head of department Leadership at Koninklijke Landmacht) about Sustainable Connections within a crisis organization like Koninklijke Landmacht.

• 17:30 – Diversity and Inclusivity
  Camilla Degerth (special interest group Diversity, Equity and Inclusion). Exploring the meaning of Diversity, Equity, Justice, Inclusion and Belonging for us as individuals and professional coaches to reach a shared vision on DEIJB.
  We will share the ICF Global values and goals concerning the DEIJB. Explore perspectives and priorities surrounding DEIJB for the ICF Netherlands community. We will also consider how to best support these values as an ICF chapter.
