This interactive online training explores cultural competency in coaching, guiding participants through key concepts such as cultural awareness, sensitivity, and proficiency.

Using the six stages of cultural competency as a framework, the session combines self-reflection, real-world scenarios, and group discussion to deepen understanding and application in coaching practice.
