Dancing with Polarities: A Path to Transformational Coaching (EN)

This interactive 90-minute session introduces participants to the transformative power of polarities, drawing insights from the author’s book Becoming Whole in a Divided World.

Participants will explore the essence of polarities—those interdependent opposites that, when leveraged, lead to personal growth and system-wide transformation. Through a blend of theory and practical tools, the module equips participants to identify and integrate polarities within themselves and their clients, harnessing wholeness, adaptability, and alignment in leadership and personal contexts.

Outcomes:
By the end of the module, participants will:

• Be equipped with at least two practical tools for integrating polarities.
• Gain a clear understanding of polarities and their relevance in coaching.
• Break free from either-or thinking and embrace a both-end approach.
• Build wholeness within themselves and their clients, learning to accept each and any trait.
