DEIB Journey

We invite all members of the ICF Netherland’s chapter to continue the journey in aligning with the ICF’s Global Diversity focus by incorporating diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) as appropriate for our chapter and member needs.

During the chapter event “Sustainable Connections” on the 15th of June 2023 we started a journey together and we invite you to join us in a virtual extension of the conversation, as every voice matters – including yours. 

The purpose of the event is to learn more about where we are as an organisation at this moment in time, and to start looking ahead at what will serve our members and coachees in regards to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Justice, and Belonging (DEIJB) in the ICF Netherlands Chapter (ICF NL), more specifically 

• A) listen to better serve the needs of our community members
• B) support you in serving your clients and stakeholders
• C) align our activities with ICF Global’s strategy and goals
