Dilemmas that Matter: Ethics as the Foundation of Professional Coaching (EN)
maart 26 | 12:00 – 13:00

Ethical practice is more than following a code, it is the foundation of trust, safety, and professionalism in every coaching relationship. In this interactive webinar, Charles Ruiters and Dirk Verhoeven from the Associatie voor Coaching take you beyond the theory of ICF Competency 1 and into the real life dilemmas that shape our work as coaches.
Through practical examples, reflective dialogue, and shared exploration, we examine the subtle moments where ethics come to life: navigating boundaries, recognising power dynamics, managing competing interests, and choosing transparency even when the situation is complex.
