ICF Core Competency 3 – Updates (EN)

mei 28 | 19:30 20:30

Recent updates are going beyond the traditional basics of “Core Competency #3: Establishes and Maintains Agreements.” – Broader – Deeper – More Frequently – More Personalized.

Join me – Peter J. Reding MBA, MCC – I have been an active coach for 30 years, and I am still actively coaching World Changing Visionaries. I am excited to both share and learn from you – “How do you introduce Coaching? and How do you introduce yourself as a professional coach that makes you unique?”

EVENT SCHEDULE OR OTHER INFORMATION/COMMENTS

The ICF introduced new requirements for ICF Professional Coaches in 2025 to insure greater clarity and alignment between coach and client (and relevant stakeholders) prior to, during, and completing a coaching engagement. The one that has most intrigued me is “Standard 3.01 (2025 Revised Wording): “Explains what coaching is and is not and describes the process to the client and relevant stakeholders. Describes one’s coaching philosophy and clearly defines what coaching is and is not for potential clients and stakeholders.”

Language: English.
CCE: CC – Pending approval, RD: 1
