Intervision Session (EN)
april 13 | 12:00 – 13:30

ICF Netherlands turns 20 years this year and we’re celebrating the best way we know how: learning, growing, and reflecting together.
As part of our anniversary celebrations, we proudly offer 20 reflective learning sessions: 10 Intervision sessions & 10 Supervision sessions.
This event is a INTERVISION session facilitated by experienced PCC and MCC Coaches.
The focus of these sessions is reflection and learning, rather than problem-solving. All cases are treated with confidentiality, respect, and care, in line with ICF ethical standards.
Please note: These sessions are an open invitation for practicing coaches who are ICF members only.
Take care to note the preparation that is required by each participant to create a beautiful space of connection and learning.
This can be found below.
How it works
You’re required to bring a current or recent coaching case that you’d like to reflect on, for example:
– A case where you feel stuck, challenged, or unsure how to proceed
– An ethical question or boundary dilemma
– A situation that touches on your role, presence, or impact as a coach
– A case that raised strong emotions, complexity, or curiosity
– A moment where you want to deepen learning rather than “fix” something.
Working with your own real coaching cases makes the learning immediately relevant and impactful. It allows you to explore real dilemmas, questions, and moments of uncertainty from your current practice rather than hypothetical situations.
The focus is reflection and learning, not problem-solving. All cases are treated with confidentiality, respect, and care, in line with ICF ethical standards.
What is Supervision and Intervision?
Supervision offers a facilitated reflective space guided by trained supervisors, supporting coaches to deepen professional awareness, ethical practice, and coaching mastery through work with real client cases.
Intervision invites peer coaches to gather and explore real coaching situations together, not as experts teaching, but as fellow practitioners learning alongside each other. Through structured formats and authentic dialogue, we discover what becomes possible when we bring our questions, our stuck places and our successes.
