During this event, we’ll participate in an insightful mindfulness session led by Natasha Kalidin, where we’ll explore how to combine mindfulness with managing emotions during the holidays. We’ll also take some time for a brief reflection on the year that’s behind us, and then you’ll have the opportunity to network and have relaxed conversations until the evening ends.
