Supervision as an essential part of professional coaching and becoming the ‘new normal’: it is encouraged by professional organizations, for example, it is now included in the ICF Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTP) Requirements.

What to expect:
– Introduction to what is supervision (also what it is vs coaching and mentoring).
– Breakout groups for real time supervision experience.
