The Dutch Ethics Water Cooler Conversation offers an open forum style of conversation around coaching ethics. Bring your questions and be prepared to have an in-depth discussion! These calls take place via Zoom for one hour.

Johan’s approach to coaching is goal-oriented, confrontational with compassion. Concepts such as responsibility, results, fulfillment, emotions, and language are integrated into a coaching model that is used as a method in his training programs. This model serves as the foundation for his book Co-Creation©.

Johan van Bavel

Johan van Bavel is a Master-Certified Coach and an Advanced-Certified Team Coach.
With extensive experience in coaching individuals and executives within organizations such as government agencies and profit and non-profit organizations, Johan brings a wealth of knowledge, wisdom, and expertise to his practice.
In addition to his role as a coach and team coach, he serves as a coach educator in his own ICF-accredited training programs and is a mentor, supervisor, and ICF assessor.
