Since 2013, I have been the owner of the Association for Coaching, after more than 15 years of experience in setting up and coaching international multicultural teams in an industrial environment. My journey has also led me to higher education, where I developed various educational programs at Avans University of Applied Sciences, NCOI, and LOI. These programs emphasize coaching-based learning and the guidance of students and young entrepreneurs. The transition was seamless, as my passion for coaching has always been the backbone of my work – whether in a corporate context or in a classroom.
