We will actively engage in cultivating trust and safety. Learn together and experience what works and what doesn’t work. You will gain insights in what is already in place and what you can do more to cultivate trust and safety before, during and after your coaching. The workshop is delivered by Dirk Verhoeven – director, trainer, PCC coach & supervisor and Charles Ruiters – trainer, MCC coach & supervisor.

Dirk Verhoeven

Dirk Verhoeven (1972) has been (co-)owner of the Association for Coaching since mid-2013. With more than 15 years of experience in setting up and coaching international multicultural teams in an industrial environment, he made the step towards Higher Education in 2009. Within Avans Hogeschool, NCOI and LOI various educational programs were developed in which coaching learning and coaching guidance of students and (young) entrepreneurs were introduced.

Charles Ruiters

ICF Credential: MCC

Charles Ruiters (1966) his professional experience spans more than 30 years within internationally operating organizations, in positions such as engineer, project manager and as an executive. Then he changed course and became co-owner of a successful training agency in personal development and professional coaching.

Charles has been training and coaching entrepreneurs, managers and young professionals in the areas of personal growth, authentic leadership, relationship management and effective communication for over 15 years.
