Ethical Practice for Coaches 2 (EN)

Ethical practice is imperative for fostering a successful engagement between a coach, a coachee, and other stakeholders. Throughout this seminar, we will focus on the cultivation of ethical maturity—the ability to make ethical decisions, act in morally responsible ways, and understand the impact of one’s actions on others. Ethical maturity extends beyond merely discerning right from wrong; it entails consistently applying ethical principles in diverse coaching situations.

Johan is a coach trainer, the founder, and owner of “Intention, Centre for Leadership and Coaching.” He offers a Level-2 coach training program known as “Co-Creation” and resides in the southern region of the Netherlands, where he relishes life and loves to travel.
