Why is Diversity, Equity, Justice, Inclusion and Belonging important to coaches?
Exploring the meaning of Diversity, Equity, Justice, Inclusion and Belonging for us as individuals and professional coaches to reach a shared vision on DEIJB.
We will share the ICF Global values and goals concerning the DEIJB. Explore perspectives and priorities surrounding DEIJB for the ICF Netherlands community. We will also consider how to best support these values as an ICF chapter.
