In this interactive webinar, you’ll be introduced to the powerful, profound, yet straightforward approach of Intuitive Coaching based on Transformational Presence. You’ll gain practical tools that you can immediately apply in your own coaching practice. Additionally, it provides concrete guidance not only to better tap into and trust your own intuition, but more importantly, to create a space where your coachee can become open to receiving their own intuitive insights. By coaching in this way, you move directly to the core of an issue, regardless of its content. It addresses the coachee’s relationship to the issue and offers a completely new perspective.

After a brief introduction to Transformational Presence, we’ll dive straight into an experiential exercise where you’ll experience the 3 core principles firsthand. This is followed by a second interactive exercise based on the 3 fundamental questions of Transformational Presence. By going through this exercise, you’ll directly discover the power and simplicity of this approach, and you’ll be better equipped to apply the 3 questions yourself as a coach.
The exercise with the 3 fundamental questions naturally leads to the central model of Transformational Presence. It offers a perspective that allows you to approach any issue and helps you arrive at new, more effective choices.

Sander van Eekelen

Sander van Eekelen (1971) is a social psychologist and works as a transformational leadership coach. He is the founder of the Academy of Life and co-founder of ShiftsHappen.

His work focuses on delivering workshops and training in Transformational Presence. He also coaches and guides professionals and leaders in strengthening their self-awareness, increasing their effectiveness, and fostering connected leadership. Additionally, he helps people discover their life mission.
